This home stands apart as a crown jewels amongst other units. When you arrive at Island Breeze, you will be greeted by an open plan unit appointed with a beach theme. At the balcony is an expansive oceanfront view of the sand and sea. The sunrises here are not to be missed. This fabulous beachfront condo offers is next to the Pointe West Beach Club and is an easy walk to the beach!
The main Beach Club boasts an infinity edge pool, hot tub, children’s wading pool, cabanas, grills, workout facility with lockers, game room, and poolside drink and food service. The Sunset Pool on the bayside has a small lazy river, hot tub, fire pit, gas and charcoal grills. The onsite concierge service, Coastal Waves vacations, offers rentals for beach lounger chairs, umbrellas, tables, cabana’s with side curtains, kayaks, paddleboard, and aqua cycle.
Golf carts and other beach items can also be arranged through other local providers

We are a local full-service property management company with a knowledgeable staff who can help you plan your visit to the island. Just ask us about our array of concierge services! We are available to answer all your questions before, during and after your visit. A staff member is always on call 24/7/365 to respond to any issues during your stay.

No access is granted without a rental agreement being signed by guest and approved by Coastal Waves Vacations LLC - even if paid in full. We require your mailing address, names and ages of all individuals staying at the home, vehicle information, and full pet information for pet friendly homes.
Most single-family homes on the beach are built on pilings. Guests must climb a full set of stairs to reach the first floor/main living area. Please contact us for properties with elevator access or bedrooms on the ground floor. Coastal Waves Vacations has no control over the functionality of elevators.
Spend a wonderful day at the pool or beach at the luxurious Pointe West Beach Club. Pointe West offers numerous amenities including, infinity pool, children’s pool, lazy river(will be heated in the Fall of 2021), fitness center, gift shop, and restaurant. The Resort is independently run and charges a $15 per person, (3 years or older) beginning March 1, 2021 year round. The use of the Beach Club is optional. The access fee is paid by credit card or cash directly to the Beach Club and is not included in rental rates.
The community is easily walk-able. Golf Carts are a great way to get around as well. However, golf carts dune buggies, or any other types are vehicles are not allowed on Galveston beaches, dunes, or wetlands; this is city law!
