Cancellation: Guest receives 100% (Of what was paid minus the cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 90 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (Of what was paid minus cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds after 30 days.
Constructed in 2016, Family Tides offers luxury at its finest with high ceilings, tri-ceilings in almost every bedroom and marble counter-tops throughout! Open-concept living makes this large home feel open and inviting - great for relaxing and catching up with loved ones.
This kitchen is grand; with custom cabinets, under-cabinet lighting, lots of windows to let the sunshine in, huge pantry, high-end appliances (including a wine frig), and a large dining room table (enough seats for your whole family).
The house features 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath and sleeps 10. Master suite bathroom offers soaking tub and large separate shower.

Most single-family homes on the beach are built on pilings. Guests must climb a full set of stairs to reach the first floor/main living area. Please contact us for properties with elevator access or bedrooms on the ground floor.
Pointe West Beach Club
Spend a wonderful day at the pool or beach at the luxurious Pointe West Beach Club. Pointe West offers numerous amenities including, infinity pool, children’s pool, lazy river(will be heated in the Fall of 2021), fitness center, gift shop, and restaurant. The Resort is independently run and charges a $25 per person, (3 years or older) beginning March 1,2021 year round. The use of the Beach Club is optional. The access fee is paid by credit card or cash directly to the Beach Club and is not included in rental rates.
The community is easily walk-able. Golf Carts are a great way to get around as well. However, golf carts dune buggies, or any other types are vehicles are not allowed on Galveston beaches, dunes, or wetlands; this is city law!
